Your order will be shipped to you via DHL International GmbH. We aim to have your items shipped at the earliest possible date after your payment is confirmed.
Tracking will be provided.

* The HARIO Parts Shop will not pay any additional cost for customs clearance.

**Due to the recent global outbreak of COVID-19, the delivery service will be taken more time than usual and we are not be able to send you the item depends on the situation you live.

If we cannot deliver the parcel to your place, we may cancel your order or after the delivery service situation gets back to normal, we'll arrange the shipment.
