We choose DHL courier service for the shipment from Japan to your country. If you did not get the quotation of delivery charge during check out, please contact from following page.

What delivery service do HARIO Parts Shop use?
Your order will be shipped to you via DHL International GmbH. We aim to have your items shipped at the earliest possible date after your payment is confirmed. Tracking number will be provided.

Do I need to pay for import tax/ customs duties?
Most of our parts are at low price and we mark the parcel as 'gift'. However due to the different practices or law in different countries, individuals may have to pay the import tax / customs duties to get the parcel.
